I am a doctoral clinical psychologist and I am currently accepting assessment and therapy clients. Using a CBT approach (and borrowing from other approaches as needed), I aim to provide you with empathic support while helping you build skills to make meaningful changes in your life and to maintain your wellbeing over time. I work with adults who have depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, trauma/PTSD, OCD, and/or executive dysfunction challenges that are impacting their relationships, academic, work, and general life functioning.
I am a warm, empathic, and respectful person who balances listening, asking questions, and goal-directed strategizing to build upon your strengths. My approach is collaborative and adaptive, changing as needed with your goals. I also provide assessments of emotional and social concerns to assist with diagnosis, treatment, and access to accommodation.
I want to support you in your next steps toward change and improving your mental health. More info about me and the therapy and assessment services I offer is available on my clinic (Inner Light Psychology) website. Please reach out to book a brief free consultation call. I look forward to working with you.
