I am a clinical psychologist providing assessment and therapy services. I am a warm, empathic, and respectful person who balances listening, asking questions, and goal-directed strategizing to build upon your strengths. My approach is individualized, collaborative, and adaptive, changing as needed with your goals. I work with adults struggling with mood, anxiety, stress, trauma, obsessions-compulsions, and/or executive dysfunction concerns that are impacting their relationships, academic, work, and general life functioning. I am an action-oriented clinician focused on helping you build skills, resilience, and self-compassion.
In therapy, using a CBT approach, I aim to provide you with empathic, nonjudgmental support while helping you build skills to make meaningful changes in your life and to maintain your wellbeing over time. I also provide assessments of emotional and social concerns to assist with diagnosis, treatment planning, and accommodation.
Change is possible and it is hard to do it alone. I want to work with you to achieve the change you seek and to develop skills to help you maintain your wellbeing. More information is available on my clinic (Inner Light Psychology) website. Email me to book a brief free consultation call. I look forward to speaking with you.
