You’ve been carrying so much for so long that it’s starting to feel heavy — emotionally, mentally, or in your relationships. Maybe you’re overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or feeling disconnected from yourself or the people you care about. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I offer a warm, grounding space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of what’s happening inside you. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence‑based. I integrate Solution‑Focused Therapy, Emotion‑Focused Therapy &trauma‑informed care to help you understand your emotions, build healthier patterns, and feel more grounded.

I support adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, grief, and burnout. Many of my clients describe themselves as high‑functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside. Others come to therapy because they’re tired of repeating the same patterns in relationships or in life

As a Registered Nurse, Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse, and Nurse Psychotherapist, I bring both clinical expertise and a deeply human, relational approach. I offer extended first sessions (90–100 minutes) so you never feel rushed when sharing your story. Clients often tell me they feel understood, validated, and calmer after our conversations.
