At The Compassion Centre, my approach to psychotherapy is grounded in creating a safe, compassionate, and connected space for healing. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, I have a special interest in chronic pain and trauma, recognizing the strong mind-body connection. I support individuals, couples, and families, with experience in complex grief, PTSD, and complex trauma.
My approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from ACT, CBT, Psychodynamic Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, TIR, Hypnotherapy, NLP, and attachment-based therapies. Registered with CRPO, member of BCACC, and Certified Hypnotherapist (NGH).
I specialize in couples & relational work, reversing negative patterns, chronic pain, PTSD, complex trauma, and grief, offering integrative psychotherapy within a multidisciplinary setting. I support individuals, couples, and families through compassionate, personalized care, helping them build resilience, improve relationships, and achieve lasting healing.
A deeper understanding of suffering and pain and the ways to deal with them has inspired my interest in compassion research. The fascinating promises of brain studies and its therapeutic application in restoring functional abilities of mind and body intrigue me. The uniqueness of my approach is the therapeutic use of deep-felt sense of compassion, a child like curiosity to find answers, the courage of conviction in the possibilities of healing and health and an ability to use both conscious and subconscious processes to that end in a collaborative respectful relational-spiritual space
