I work with people who long to feel safe connection to their emotional experience, their relationships, and their lives. I think of this as homecoming work: coming fully home to self. I am honoured to support those who experience marginalization, masked or undiagnosed neurodivergence, burn out, loss, relational insecurity, or trauma. My work with men is grounded in reclaiming parts of us we may have needed to disown to fit the social scripts of manhood. I also support queer, trans, and/or non-monogamous partners. As a trans and non-binary therapist, I know the power of being joined by those we recognize as our people.
I practice experiential therapy. In our work together, change comes from offering a new and longed-for experience to the parts of ourselves that have been stuck. My training helps us to explore the possibility of something new happening in each session, and to see what happens when we trust your needs for care, connection, and autonomy in each moment.
Somewhere along the way, you might have learned that you have to carry what you're carrying alone. I'm here to meet the places in you that are longing to be seen and that are asking to do this in a new way, as you explore your path home to yourself.
