She's accommodating, pleasant, never a burden. She's spent years making herself smaller, silencing her needs, keeping everyone else comfortable. She's the one everyone turns to - but when she's falling apart or navigating life's hardest moments? She's alone. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, loss, life transitions, people-pleasing, unresolved trauma, and strained or one-sided relationships. Adults who've held space for everyone else and are ready to let someone hold that space for them.
I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach rooted in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), with elements of CBT and ACT woven in. We'll explore your emotional patterns, nurture the needs that have gone unmet, and work toward a version of connection, with yourself and others, that doesn't cost you your sense of self.
I'm commonly described as warm, gentle, and grounded. I welcome you however you show up. You don't need to be articulate or composed here. I work at your pace, and make room for all of who you are. Think we might be a good fit? Reach out for a free 20 minute consultation.
