I offer adult counselling and EMDR using a nervous-system informed approach. I love to support clients in exploring the links between current emotions and past experiences, and moving towards more authenticity and peace by filing away trauma. If you feel overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in your head overthinking, unable to slow down or find calm, you’re not alone. Let’s work together to understand what your body and brain need to process and file away the past. I take an evidence-based, science-informed approach and work from a compassionate and emotion-focused lens. I also have a passion working with client with ADHD.

I have training in trauma therapy, EMDR, ADHD support, relationship support and nervous system regulation. I help adult clients manage anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges, using evidence-based, somatic, and emotion-focused approaches. I support client in building coping skills, self-awareness, confidence, and healthier connections.
