Hi, I’m Ryan. I work with people who are carrying a lot and are tired of pretending they’re okay. Many of my clients are men, trades workers, ADHDers, neurodivergent youth, and people who never felt fully comfortable in traditional therapy. They’re often used to handling things on their own, pushing through stress, or feeling misunderstood by the people around them. Anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship strain, emotional shutdown, or a mind that never slows down can start affecting work, school, sleep, and everyday life.
I understand what it’s like to feel different, to have a mind that moves fast or experiences the world differently. In our sessions, we work in ways that fit how you think and communicate. Sometimes we walk, sit outside, or talk side-by-side in a calmer space that feels more natural and comfortable than a traditional office.
You don’t have to keep holding everything together here. Many people who reach out are used to being the steady one, carrying things quietly without making space for themselves.
