Through a relational, body-centered approach, we will explore your experience holistically— listening to sensations, emotions, protective patterns, and the wisdom beneath it all. In somatic therapy, we work collaboratively to support your system and find clarity, integration, and reconnection with your innate bodily intelligence!

My practice is trauma informed and honors the whole, multi-layered self. I will support you compassionately in navigating, digesting, and grieving emotional and relational wounds—so that you can reclaim and embody your inherent wholeness.
