Navigate Counselling is a private counselling practice based online across Canada, and in person in Charlottetown, PEI, offering safe, effective, individually crafted counseling sessions to men and women who are navigating painful personal crisis in their lives so they can reclaim a sense of peace, connection and belonging, and uncover their path forward.
My passion is to support you through the transformative nature of life crisis, help you remember the truth of who you are, and find the hidden doors available to move forward in a way that is gentle, loving, and in support of your values and goals.
