I feel passionately that each one of us has the potential to live our best lives, to experience healing and walk in freedom. The journey of life can at times throw us twists and turns, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, ashamed and sometimes hopeless. I desire to create a safe and compassionate space where vulnerabilities and hurts can be gently held and insightfully explored leading to deeper healing and freedom. I may not know all the answers but I know the questions to ask to help us to navigate the journey and discover the answers specific to your personal experience.
I have an intuitive awareness of and an inherent interest in the hearts of people. I love to enter into the stories of others with gentleness and empathy. Over the past 12 years of practice, I have had the privilege of journeying with hundreds through their pain and triumph.
My deepest learning has come through my own personal journey in counselling and my own path towards healing and freedom. I seek to ground and root myself in my own continued pursuit of wholeness, self-awareness and integrity.
