I have been a therapist for over 40 years and I have supported clients with all issues. I have a very integrative, holistic approach, as I believe that Mind, Body and Spirit are interconnected. I use an eclectic mix of modalities, including Psychotherapy and especially Hypnothherapy. Specialities are anxiety and job or Life issues. I have had many trainings in Clinical Hypnotherapy, as well as in modalities such as NLP, CBT and numerous others.
I have had a lot of experience, working with sensitive clients and I love to support those who are living with anxiety. I always use hypnotherapy, when my clients request it. I find that the work we do during these sessions is far deeper and my clients report insights which they did not realize their Unconscious Minds already knew. My clients call their changes profound, long-lasting and life-changing. We unpack the inner journeys and debrief for the client to find meanings.
