Selfcare Strategies for Reducing Stress
We are accepting now applications for a new group therapy starting on June 1st: Creative Strategies (walking and climbing on Gatineau hills, various recreational activities, canoeing, fishing, art sessions and new social connections) for Reducing and Coping with Stress: four sessions (one a week, half a day, in Luskville, in the beautiful landscape of Ottawa River beaches and Gatineau Park hills. Mental Health for Immigrants: Challenges
This group workshop (open for up to 10 participants) is been designed to support newcomers and immigrants who seek strategies to better cope with their psychosocial challenges in the new adopted Canadian society. This workshop will be unfold on four sections: individual, family, society and work related behaviour.
