At Galbraith Counselling and Therapy we provide youth (12+), individual, and couples counselling. We work with many different issues including anxiety, depression and trauma, as well as relationship struggles, stress, and issues at work/school. We will work to find the best therapist to support you in your healing. We are passionate about what we do and believe together we will work towards healing so you can move forward in the best possible way!
At Galbraith Counselling and Therapy we have therapists that can offer a range of approaches including EMDR, CPT, EFCT, ACT, Narrative, and DBT. Our therapists use a combination of modalities to provide the best strategies for healing that fit with who you are, and what you are hoping to address.
For therapy to be effective we believe it is important to work collaboratively with individuals and couples, bringing the knowledge, skills and experience of all of us into the therapeutic relationship. We look forward to working with you!
