I am currently accepting new individual or couple clients for in person or virtual therapy sessions. As an individual and couple's therapist, my goal is to provide you with a comfortable environment in which you can explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors and personal challenges. I know at times we are overwhelmed by life's challenges. This can lead to feeling lost, confused, overwhelmed, stuck or hopeless. I believe therapy is a great asset in getting you through such a difficult time and moving towards feeling better. I would be happy to be your therapist and accompany you on this new experience.

I work with a broad range of issues, such as, anxiety, stress management, burnout, anger management, interpersonal skills. As well as many relational issues with individuals, couples and families, such as communication, lack of intimacy and helping new parents transition into parenthood.
