NuVista Mental Health, with locations downtown and in Kanata, is part of the True North Group of Companies, owned by psychiatrist Dr. Mark Johnston. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients, clinicians and staff. NuVista Mental Health clinicians are dedicated to helping all those who suffer from mental health issues. We practice a holistic approach to mental health. The therapeutic approaches our team uses take each of these factors into account. Our dedicated team of professionals comes from a variety of backgrounds to deliver a rich and diverse range of practice disciplines. We believe that the best results reside in long-term healing.
We provide services to children, adolescents and adults. Along with Psychotherapy, NuVista Mental Health is also a specialized treatment centre that offers treatment plans which focus on brain -based healing approaches, called neurofeedback. The brain plays a central role in our physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
