My approach is compassionate and thoughtful, focusing on work with self-criticism, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, OCD and burnout. I integrate intuitive, emotion-focused approaches (Mindfulness, Narrative, EFT) with evidence-based cognitive techniques (CBT, CPT).
