I prefer a holistic, humanistic, and existential approach to therapy. I have earned a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from UBC and a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle. I have over seven years of experience as a Mental Health Worker for various non-profit organizations and continue with ongoing training and workshops. My style is direct, warm, and client-centered.
