I work with adults, couples, adolescents and children to help them find relief from inner pain and distress in their life. I encourage awareness, foster acceptance, and help create optimal growth. I value clients' finding their own voice and path while doing it in the context of their important relationships, as relationships can be deeply supportive and positively transforming.
I use CBT, insight-oriented talk therapy, mindfulness, play therapy with children, art, drama and body-centered practices. When you work with me, you can expect to be welcome to share your story, an attentive and accepting presence, a place to explore relationship and intimacy and an opportunity to heal and create new experiences.
I am happy to work short-term or long-term and to explore clients' preferred mode of working. I also work with parent-infant dyads, in case of postpartum depression, to prevent long-term relational complications. I will do home visits in these cases. My fee is 200$ per session.
