I have been practicing in the non-profit counselling field since 2005. Over this time I have supported children and youth, families, individual adults, and groups in areas including parenting and attachment, family conflict, domestic violence, trauma, mental health and addictions. I offer private practice counselling in Langford, BC, in which I provide individual (10 yrs +), parenting, and family counselling. I am a registered member of the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors and Psychotherapists (CCPCP) and have completed the 3-year Professional Somatic Experiencing Training through the SE Trauma Institiute.
I believe that your nervous system contains it's own unique map toward balance, regulation, and healing, and that my role is to guide and support that unique process. I offer my regulated system to support you to experience safe levels of activation and to release bound traumatic energy that can result as intrusive symptoms and difficult relationships.
