I work with men and couples on many issues including: men's issues, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, stress, addictions, spirituality and more. I will help guide you towards your goals with interest and care using a mix of cognitive-behavioural, and mindfulness-based therapies.
