I made a wonderful online ADHD Parenting course in Chinese and English for those who needs to know how to help their kids and teens to thrive.

I have about 20 years of counselling experience in play therapy, parenting, marital discord, low self-esteem, trauma, self harm, and children, youth and adult mental health issues. I am a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and work as a clinician in a Child and Youth Mental Health. I can provide individual, group, and phone counselling.

This 8-session parenting series will teach parents what ADHD is and how it affects your child's development, how to build solid parent-child attachment, how to gain your child's compliance and reduce his/her misbehaviors, and how to improve his/her emotional regulation and executive functioning. This group can give you essential skills and strategies that can help your kid improve academically, socially and emotionally. Cantonese and Mandarin groups are also available in Burnaby and Surrey.
