Parenting Children and Teens with Anxiety
Details: Tuesday July 18th 2023, 7:00pm-8:30pm virtually. In this 1.5 hour online parent group you will gain information about symptoms of anxiety and strategies for supporting your anxious child. We will review evidence-based approaches to helping children overcome their worries and fears including how to respond when your child is panicking, looking for reassurance, or being kept awake by their worries. Managing Emotions: How to help children regulate
