My therapeutic approach is grounded in cultural humility and incorporates wisdom from various modalities and research evidence, primarily focusing on experiential and emotion-focused orientations. I integrate Bowen (Systems) Theory and selectively use cognitive-behavioral techniques in my practice.
I also received specialized training in low-intensity therapy, designed to help those experiencing mild to moderate emotional distress. Through a basic treatment course of 8 to 12 sessions, for you I hope to facilitate growth in personal understanding, enhance emotion regulation and coping skills for life's challenges.
