This counselling group is for all single parents, who want to raise their children (approx. until 12yo) need-oriented, using gentle guidance or attachment parenting and the wonderful outcome of the attachment theory. You will learn about this in the group. We will talk about existing struggles with sleep, feeding, temper tantrum, loneliness, anxiety, couple-issues etc., while ensuring to staying healthy, given the immense load of responsibility and self-abandonment and being the best parents possible for our fun and active children. This is an online group for people wit signs and symptoms of SAD, which may include: Feeling listless, sad or down most of the day, nearly every day. ... Fall and winter SAD Trouble sleeping (insomnia) Poor appetite. Weight loss. Agitation or anxiety. Increased irritability. This group takes place 3 times a week. Please feel free to attend as often or as little as you like. Each session is separate and shall help the careseekers to be stronger for the day or the week. Online: Help with depression, anxiety, trauma
This group is an open, drop-in group for everyone who deals with depression, anxiety, and trauma. As we can only become free from suffering if we walk through our emotions, I offer this group, where we will get to know each other. I work from an attachment point of view, using CBT and emotionally focused therapy and spiritual care. I am certified in trauma work. Should over time a core group develop, I would offer a set group for about 8-10 people. Please email me if you like to attend.
