I’m a certified EFT therapist + Supervisor-in-Training with ICEEFT. I help individuals, couples, and families move: from “we’re drifting” → to “we’re us again”,

from overwhelm → to exhale; from emotional guessing games → to real connection; We create a space where feelings make sense, needs can be voiced without panic, and relationships get their warmth back. And if you want, we can bring faith and prayer into the work — steady, grounding, no pressure. Sessions are online across Ontario & Canada (EN/DE).

And for colleagues: I offer EFT supervision that’s warm, grounded, practical, and full of the kind of attunement that helps you actually feel like the therapist you trained so hard to be. In general: I do have a short waitlist of 1-2 weeks and we can book a consultation call even beforehand.

As we can only become free from suffering if we walk through our emotions, I offer this group, where we will get to know each other. I work from an attachment point of view, using CBT and emotionally focused therapy and spiritual care. I am certified in trauma work.
