During our sessions you can expect some of the following therapeutic modalities: A combination of perspectives like Bowen Family Systems Theory, Gestalt, Family Systems theory, this is based on who you became in the family you grew up in.
I have experience in using healing rather than managing symptoms. I feel a calling to empower, and help people heal to become their best selves. I do my best to create an empathic environment to establish a warm therapeutic relationship. It will be an honour to hold space for you.
