Hello! As an experienced psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals and families experiencing difficulties and struggling with well-being, I will help you access, develop, and build on your own inner resources by listening and providing a caring and objective presence. I work with trauma and PTSD, mood (depression and anxiety), and some relationship concerns. We are located in Spruce Grove, AB.
As each person is unique, I utilize multiple forms of evidence-based treatments to determine the best approach to support you - specialized play based counselling methods for children, EMDR for those who have experienced trauma, Gottman/relational therapy for issues in intimate relationships. Collaboratively we find solutions!
