Creating Healthy Boundaries for Women: Fall 2022
ONLINE & IN PERSON GROUPS: Accepting registrants across Alberta. Another enriching 10 week process-experiential group exploring personal boundaries for adult women (18+ years). This is a closed group with limited participants to ensure safety and depth of personal process. NOW accepting new group registrants for our FALL 2022 dates: IN PERSON: September 10 - November 26th, 2022 (Saturdays 10am - 12pm) & ONLINE: September 5 - November 14th, 2022 (Mondays 530pm - 730pm). Being a Tween Girl: FALL 2022: Online & In Person
JOIN IN THE DISCOVERY! Through experiential techniques, girls 9 - 12 years of age will discover the hidden gems that make them beautifully unique. Let's help empower young women to become HEALTHY, STRONG, & VIBRANT in our community. They will learn: How to build up and see their strengths How to know and love their best self, How to cope with life challenges and be empowered, How to address peer pressure and bullying, How to maintain a healthy self-esteem and confidence How to build healthy social relationships, and make good decisions while heading towards teenage years. Several 2022 Group Dates.
Self-Love Retreat: September 25th or October 16th
Give yourself the GIFT of Self-Love! A half-day retreat focused on you. Reconnect with Who You Are with acceptance, gratitude, self-compassion, and self-kindless. Learn and engage in mindfulness practices that offer ways to destress, self-soothe, and regulate emotions. Heartfully bring awareness, clarity, understanding, and connection to everyday living and relationships. Practice living with ease and calm.
