Everyone at some point in their lives encounters difficult experiences and I believe everyone can benefit from a non-partial witness to the difficulties life brings. I specialize in issues surrounding depression and anxiety as well as trauma and abuse using mindfulness and somatic-based approaches. I endeavour to collaborate with clients through deep listening, compassionate reflection and evidence based practices to help you shift your responses and make choices to help yourself heal.
My aim is to create a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space for clients to share their biggest difficulties and challenges and support and walk alongside them to find ways to navigate and overcome them. I use evidence based approaches that focus on creating safety and regulation in the nervous system as well as space and stability in the mind.
I encourage you to reach out for a free phone consultation and see if it feels like a good match for you.
