I have a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from UBC and a graduate certificate in complex trauma from JIBC. I also have training in EMDR, CBT, Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness. After reading research studies that showed evidence towards the role of yoga in calming down the central nervous system, I also travelled overseas to study yoga.
