My goal is to help you navigate the challenges you’re facing by providing deeper insight and understanding of the difficulties you're experiencing in a space that supports self-exploration and self-reflection, while helping you develop emotional resilience and healthier interpersonal relationships. My professional training and experiences have equipped me to support clients facing a range of emotional, relational, and personal challenges, including grief counselling, men’s mental health, and ADHD coaching.
I use various evidence-supported therapeutic approaches in my practice, including mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) and psychodynamic approaches. My professional experience in dispute resolution and family mediation helps me provide a unique blend of clinical training and experience to my work with individuals, as well as in group therapy settings.
My client-centered approach responds to each client’s unique needs to foster a safe, non-judgmental space for healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in mutual respect and compassion, culturally sensitive & spiritually informed, to facilitate the open dialogue necessary to identify and address behavioural patterns and interpersonal dynamics.
