I aim to support those who identify as highly sensitive, who may be experiencing anxiety and low self-esteem, and individuals who struggle with expressing their emotions in effective and healthy ways. I’m committed to helping clients to better understand themselves and their needs, and hope to support parents to better understand and communicate with their children. For young adults who find themselves in a place of readiness and transition, or within life changes, I aim to offer a supportive and non-judgmental space in an effort to help clients navigate changes, development, burgeoning adulthood, as well as grief and loss.
I hope to offer clients a space where they can feel validated, seen and heard using a client-centred approach. Working within various mentorship/supportive roles, I have developed my Crisis Management competency by completing the ASIST Applied Suicide Interventions Skills training. Currently working under the clinical supervision of Jana Venditti (RSW).
I believe that everyone deserves a voice and I am available to help my clients with finding theirs so that they can: experience improvements in their relationships, establish healthy boundaries, develop effective coping strategies, and increase their confidence. Collaboration and humility are key pieces of therapeutic relationships I am seeking to build.
