Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest—and most courageous—steps a person takes. I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or life transitions, we’ll work together to help you move toward greater well-being. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, and I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by members of the military and first responder communities, including experiences related to PTSD. I also support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
I hold an MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a member of the CCPA. I am currently working toward registration with the CRPO. My therapeutic approach is grounded in CBT and positive psychology, with the flexibility to draw from other approaches based on your unique needs.
