Hi, I’m Ashley —

That said, I’ve found I connect especially well with individuals who have experienced trauma and are now navigating diagnoses like anxiety, substance use, ADHD, ASD, depression, borderline personality disorder, or intense emotional ups and downs.
I hold a BA in Psychology, a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), and a Master of Social Work (MSW). Over the years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings — including inpatient psychiatry, hospitals, and school-based social work — which has given me a well-rounded perspective on mental health care. I have lived experience as a person in substance use recovery.
