My name is Ashley and I am a Registered Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with children, teens, young adults, and families. I specialize in supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image issues, and general stress. Safety, comfort, and authenticity are my top priorities when I work with clients. I am passionate about supporting clients to be their most authentic selves. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, and understand how cultural and relational forces can influence how we think, feel, and act in all aspects of life. I can also support clients with their concerns related to school refusal, Selective Mutism, school advocacy, conflict resolution, attachment, healthy boundaries, social and emotional challenges. In my spare time you can find me enjoying reality tv, staying active, taking in anything Sci-Fi related, or “geek-ing” out to Harry Potter and Star Wars Fandom.
