I hold a Bachelor of Arts with a Psychology major, as well as a bachelor and masters in Social Work, specializing in mental health and addictions. My experience also includes working with clients with a broad range of difficulties, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, separation, grief, workplace issues, relationships, family and more.
My experience has primarily involved working one-on-one with children, youth and adolescents, however I have worked with adults and couples. I will be offering telephone and online counseling depending on individual need. I offer services unique to individual need in order to assist those who are facing difficult life situations and decisions.
I strive to develop a relationship with individuals so we can target their utmost important goals. Using a variety of techniques, I provide support to help broaden and strengthen one's present coping abilities and develop new healing insights to overcome a variety of challenges.
