Hi there! I may be a good fit for you if the experiences in the following areas speak to you: difficulty tolerating distress, emotion dysregulation, navigating traumatic events, boundary setting or communication challenges, anxiety, depression, and supporting loved ones with any of these challenges. I have a growing passion in serving those who have experienced trauma & adversity, as well as persons who encounter experiences with heightened emotions & BPD. I provide counselling to adolescents 16+, adults, families, and couples. I welcome your story, and I look forward to serving you with humility, integrity, and a culture of care!
My approach draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Person-Centered, and Attachment-Based approaches. I find value in utilizing such approaches grounded in evidence-based research and compassion so that clients can evoke their fullest potential from within. I aspire to support my clients in building an authentic and meaningful life.
I have obtained the Gottman Method Couple’s Therapy Level 1 and 2. As well as training in the following modalities, including: Dialectic Behavioral Therapy Skills, Emotion-Focused Attachment Science, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and am also diligent in practicing with a Trauma-Informed Lens.
