I particularly support clients navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, trauma, self-criticism, and longstanding emotional patterns. Grounded in a compassionate, trauma-informed psychodynamic approach, I integrate attachment-focused therapy, somatic work, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness. I enjoy working with adults seeking greater self-awareness, relational understanding, and lasting change within a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship.
