Do you feel stuck because of mood, stress, or experiences/traumas? Do you feel limited by anxiety, guilt or shame, and want help navigating difficult past, present, and future experiences? Do you want to learn to understand yourself better, or to be proud of the person you are? Are you a first responder that needs a supportive space? Are you interested in taking another perspective on your stories, and your thoughts, and having someone act as a sounding board? Together we will meet in a warm, judgement-free zone tailored to your goals and help you figure out what balance might look like in your life.
You are courageous for seeking help, you are not alone in your struggle. Therapy will always be at your pace. I hold a Masters of Counselling Psychology and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and certified in Psychologically Safe Leadership (CPSL). I understand firsthand what exposure to stress/trauma can feel like and its ripple effect.
Our therapy sessions will focus on your needs, will be uniquely tailored to you while building on your strengths. I use a combined approach that pulls from Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment/EFT Therapy, and DBT, incorporating creative arts in a therapeutic context. My interest areas are mood, trauma, sport, and life transitions.
