Sometimes, words aren’t enough, especially when your story has been shaped by systems that demanded you talk, pray, or think your way out of your pain.

I work with people who are tired of just getting by. My path has been shaped by the world of elite performance as a former Team Canada athlete and a 4th Degree Black Belt, worlds where 'pushing through' is the only language spoken. But I’ve also learned that you can’t out-train a nervous system that is screaming for rest.

I know the quiet, heavy toll it takes on your relationships, your spirit, and your body. I’m not here to give you another clinical checklist or more rules to follow. I’m here to help you deconstruct the systems, whether they are from a high-pressure career, a rigid religious past, or your own internal critic, that tell you that you aren’t enough.
