Children and teens often struggle to make sense of big feelings, especially when they can’t find the words. I support young people who feel misunderstood or overstimulated, offering a calm, creative space where they can explore their feelings, build confidence, and learn practical skills for emotional regulation and problem‑solving in daily life.
I collaborate with youth to build resilience, confidence, and communication skills. Using a person‑centred, trauma‑informed approach, I often integrate art and expressive arts therapies to help young people express emotions, solve problems, and feel understood in a safe, supportive environment.
While my primary focus is youth, I also welcome adult and senior clients who are drawn to a gentle, creative, and supportive approach to counselling. No matter your age, you deserve a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and move at a pace that feels right for you.
