Accepting New Clients! We can do hard things. Sometimes we just need a little help along the way. I have over 10 years experience working as a Registered Social Worker supporting individuals, couples and families, experiencing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and perinatal mental health disorders. If you are struggling to navigate life transitions, experiencing concerns with your mental health or are in need of a safe space to process and regulate your emotions, I am ready to support you on your unique path to wellness.
I use a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, pulling from a wide range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals experiencing Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD).
I offer an inviting, empathetic and non-judgmental space for you to share your story. I will meet you where you are and work with you to better understand and regulate your emotions, develop improved coping strategies and more effectively navigate life's challenges.
