About
With almost 20 years' experience in working with a variety of clients and issues, I have learned that it is most important to provide a space in which clients can feel safe and able to reflect upon and evaluate their circumstances. I will work with you to determine the best treatment approach and together we will walk toward understanding and healing. I have found deep joy in walking with clients through the struggles of life.
I have extensive experience in working with trauma and family conflict, in addition to general problems in living. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques and make it a priority to learn which techniques will work best for each individual client. I also work with other counselors, providing supervision and direction for them in their work with clients.
Having experienced my own help and healing in counselling, and with my extensive training and experience, I want to work with you to get to know you and to build a treatment plan together. Please reach out to me when you are ready.
