Hi, I'm Ashley (she/her) and I'm a registered clinical social worker and therapist, offering virtual and in-person counselling sessions for adults, couples and families. One of the most difficult decisions can be reaching out for support - this common underlying anxiety and stress for potential clients helps inform and shape my practice whereby my focus is working to create a warm, welcoming and calm space for individuals and couples to share their experiences, challenges and hopes in a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed place.
My practice stems from a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach, with a focus on creating safe and inclusive spaces for all. I am passionate about supporting adults and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, emotional regulation, neurodiversity navigation, grief/loss and relationship difficulties.
