Welcome! I work with youth and adults who feel stuck in survival patterns—like substance use, emotional numbing, or overcontrol—that once helped them cope but now hold them back. With over 15 years of clinical experience supporting people through mental health and addiction recovery, I use EMDR, LENS Neurofeedback, mindfulness, and relational therapy to help the mind and body heal together. These approaches calm the nervous system, release stored stress, and create deep, lasting change.
I draw from evidence-based and research-informed approaches—integrating EMDR, LENS Neurofeedback, DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic practices—to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. At the core of my work is an authentic, supportive relationship that fosters trust, self-awareness, and growth.

Adolescent DBT Skills Group (Virtual)
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with emotional and behavioural dysregulation, including suicidality, self-harm, disordered eating, addictions, Borderline Personality Disorder, anger challenges, and treatment-resistant depression and anxiety. Our 24 week skills group is for adolescents aged 13-18 who are struggling with emotional, interpersonal, and/or behavioural difficulties. In DBT Skills group, adolescents can learn a wide range of coping skills for dealing with strong emotions, self-defeating thoughts and interpersonal struggles. In addition to group, participants are encouraged to meet with a group facilitator for individual counselling at least two times per month.
