I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and parents, supporting people through relationship challenges, major life transitions, and complex emotional and physical experiences, including endometriosis and PCOS.
I help individuals and couples slow things down, have hard conversations, and reconnect in ways that feel real and lasting. For individuals, therapy is a space to understand yourself, manage emotions, and navigate life changes. My approach is calm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment and trauma-informed therapy.
