(Accepting clients!) I am a clinical social worker. I believe in meeting where the client is at in life and using my knowledge, practice wisdom, and skills to help you discover your strengths, resilience, and ability to cope with whatever challenges lie before or behind you. I believe in working together because therapy is only successful when the therapeutic relationship is fostered and nurtured.

I have worked with clients (mostly individuals, some couples and families) who face a variety of challenges. While we can't "cure" or "diagnose," we can work together to help you cope with issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, abuse (including childhood-onset), relationship challenges, self-esteem, etc.

I am not openly religious, but I have strong faith. Regardless of my beliefs, I strive to work from an anti-oppressive, culturally and spiritually open perspective. This means that I hope you will come as you are, and that you will feel safe to be fully YOU.
