I work with individuals including children, teens and adults to help them increase their coping skills, improve relationships, reduce anxiety etc. I also service couples who are looking to increase communication and overall relationship satisfaction with their partner. In addition, I provide parenting support as well as service families. I provide support to adoptees seeking support connecting with their biological families as well. I am a Non Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Provider as well for those Indian Status. Sessions are via telephone or virtually through On Call Health from the convenience of wherever you are.
A Registered Social Worker with a Master's of Social Work degree (MSW), a Bachelor of Social Work degree (BSW) as well as a Bachelor of Art's degree (BA). I also am certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Applied Suicide Interventions Skills Training (ASIST) and I am trained in Emotional Focused Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. NIHB provider.
