Anxiety can make us feel stuck, but there is hope. I use evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness to manage and treat symptoms of anxiety. For children I explore these concepts through art, crafts and play to help them gain control of their thoughts and feelings. For teens and adults, I focus on building skills in a space that is relaxed and supportive.
