I believe everyone is on a journey, and by accessing counselling you are allowing me to be a part of that journey, as well as allowing me to help you navigate through it. My desire is to create a safe, warm, non-judgmental, inviting place to explore, and support people through their own process.
I completed my Bachelors of Social Work in 2011 (University of Calgary), and continued to pursue my passion for counselling by completing my Masters of Counselling Psychology (Gonzaga Uni).
